The hotel was excellent, the staff provided top-notch service. They checked us in earlier than expected and provided all necessary amenities. The area around the hotel was peaceful, with bus and metro stations just a few steps away, making it convenient to reach the hotel from the metro or the station.

The hotel is close to many sightseeing spots, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The breakfast on the terrace is delicious with a variety of options. Our room was spotless and quiet; housekeeping did an excellent job. A heartfelt thank you to Alessandra at the reception. We arrived in Rome to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and Alessandra provided excellent restaurant recommendations and arranged a special greeting for my daughter at breakfast, which was a delightful surprise. When we returned to the hotel late in the evening, Alessandra was the first to ask, "How did your birthday celebration go along?" On our last day, we left our luggage at reception to spend a few final hours in the city. We miscalculated the time, got caught in traffic, and had to run across the city center to pick our suitcases on the way to the train station. When we finally reached the hotel, exhausted and desperate, the lady at reception (whose name we didn't catch) offered us water, called a taxi, and literally saved us. Thanks to her quick assistance, we made it to our train just in time. All in all, it's 10 out of 10 to the staff. The kindness and attention of the hotel's staff created a very special atmosphere, making us feel noticed, welcomed, and cared for.

The city crawls with tourists even in low season.

The city crawls with tourists even in low season. Even though everything is more or less organised, you have to prepare your visit like a business trip: have everything scheduled and reserved way in advance. That definitely kills the laid-back approach to visiting places, but then it's Rome! Public transportation works more or less, especially the Metro. These old stones show us how smart, efficient and determinate our predecessors were. Inspiring!

I love Rome it’s my 4 time here and it never gets old, just older. I could go to the same places over and over. I never get sick of it as I marvel at all the wonderful sites and I’m always discovering new things when I go back again. I love to sit at the train station and people watch too. So much to see and do and so easy to get around.

Trastevere was a great location to stay.

Trastevere was a great location to stay. We booked an underground tour of the Colloseum but it got canceled at the last minute and no others were found. We paid 100 euros for a van to take 5 people with luggage to Trastevere from the airport but we found out another group pad 60 euros for 8 people.

If you want to see old city where history meets modern life, you are in the right city. The points are really really crowded so it is good to reserve times in advance. But the city and its historical parts are just amazing. You have to see the Colosseum, Forum Romanum and city of Vatican. Some places (piazza Navonna, fountain Di Trevi, Spain stairs) is better to visit early morning as in the afternoon/in the evening it is just crowd ...

This hotel was my best stay in Italy. It was close to two metro lines and also to the Colosseum (you can literally go walking). The staff was very helpful, my room was large enough for me (individual traveller), every day when I returned the room was made up, everything was clean and they have elevators in case you don't want to use the stairs. The breakfast was simple but very good and I enjoyed very much to eat it every day. I do strongly recommend the hotel if you ever visit Rome.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I had chosen a room in the annex as I wanted to sleep in a quiet place without too much people going in and out. The room was great and silent, even if it was over the busstation in Piazza Indipendenza, the windows are so thick that you can't hear the noise. And I loved the view of the piazza. The reception was nice and the breakfast is one of the best that I have had in Italy, so you shouldn't miss it. I had love to come back here :)

We had a wonderful weekend in Rome! It's a family hotel with very friendly and helpful hostesses - Francesca and her mother. The hotel offers stylish and comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need: a fridge, a kettle, a TV. The bed is very comfortable, and the area is quiet. I especially want to mention the delicious homemade breakfast with eggs, yogurt, ham, pastries and coffee, which is quite diverse for Italy. I highly recommend staying at this hotel👍

I spent my birthday weekend here (my first time in Italy) and everything was lovely! From the moment I arrived the nice lady at reception made sure to answer my questions, and even gave me recommendations on where to go in Rome (with a map). The suite itself was gorgeous and the location is beautiful. There are plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants close to the hotel. I plan to visit Rome again next year and I will definitely consider booking here again. :)
