I had the Collection Superior room. Stunning modern decor, very comfortable bed, marble bathroom with heated floor, very quiet, breakfast was stellar, I wish I could have stayed here a few more nights. The location is very good if you want to be nearer to the forum.

Way way way tooooooooo crowded with people the tourists should be restricted to a certain number. You can't move about at all for people everywhere. There should also be no car zones or pedestrian only paths its total and urrer chaos! I would not go back again very soon and I would lett other people not to go until January or February

If you are going and seeing the magnificent sights, go.

If you are going and seeing the magnificent sights, go. But my immediate impression was the one I have had since FELLINI’S ROMA—of a trashy, dysfunctional metropolis. Remember, Gore Vidal said about it “It’s as good a place as any to view the end of the world.”

There were 6 of us in the group for a week.

There were 6 of us in the group for a week. Two of them lost their wallet that has their drivers license and credit cards through pick pocketer. One happened on the first day in a bakery shop while he was in line buying a coffee. The other one happened on the last day while she trying to get to the St. Peter's spare. Can't deny the historical beauty that Rome offers but security, cleanness and street conditions (potholes everywhere) of the city need to be improved urgently before the tourists loss their interest to visit.

I just love this city. I have been there couple of times.

I just love this city. I have been there couple of times. It is one of the most crowded, but I just love the atmosphere, coffee, food, spritz and gelato. This year-2025 it was crowded even more, as it was some kind of religious Year of Faith or holy year. Anyway, for sure I will come back! It is good to buy in advance (big advance) - vatican and colloseum tickets- otherwise there is small chance you will get there...

Rome was a great place with absolutely lovely architecture, history aplenty, sacred with many beautiful Churches. Italians are great people and friendly, food is fantastic, but only if you know where to go. Shopping is great with many specialists shops with upmarket items. BUT, there is always a BUT, The Tourists (like me) are everywhere in big numbers making it a bit hard to get around, or even to get onto public transport.

The location of the hotel was perfect away from the Busy centre of Rome but well within walking distance, close by the Vatican City which was beautiful to walk past daily on our stay. The hotel staff were very accommodating especially at breakfast as we had a nut allergy they went through what to avoid in case of contamination. The reception staff were great, helpful with directions and suggestions, and made my first trip to Italy very pleasant. I would stay again if I returned to Rome.

Beautiful spacious room, so nice to come back to the room after spending the day exploring the city. The bed is also very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful and gave us ideas what to do, transport to take etc. The breakfast was excellent! With staff clearing your plate and cutlery and giving you new ones after each helping. Also the hotel is just minutes away from Rome Termini so it is easy to go take a bus or train to everywhere that you want to visit in Rome and Italy!

We stayed at the hotel in Rome for 6 days. Comparing the other hotel I stayed in Firenze, of course, there is a difference between a 5-star and a 4-star, but the satisfaction level is so high that NH Collection is considered the best choice for my trip to Italy. Also we especially appreciate the professional and friendly response of staff Febrovia at the reception desk. If I travel to Italy in the future, I have no doubt that I will choose NH Collection again.

The location is very very good, it close to a lot of visiting palecs, you can go anywhere by foot. the staff were also very kind. By the way, the price is very cheap, I don't know why, actually I choose the hotel because of the cheap price, but when I arrived, it was over my expectation.
