Everything, room was clean, they change towels and clean every day. Staff is very friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast is excellent and everyone will find something to eat. Swimming pool is clean and they clean it every morning.

Excellent accomodation. Travelled with family members and booked 3 rooms over the Christmas period. Very comfortable and spacious rooms with wifi and all the essentials including kettle,coffee machine and mini bar. Very clean and well kept. Central heating present. Bathrooms with very good facilities and attention to detail. The common area was a bonus with the all the basic necessities including a microwave and hotplate. Comfortable seating area and an area with a couple of tables to have breakfast. The common area led onto a large terrace which would be lovely to use in warmer weather. One of our rooms also had a terrace. Accomodation is only a few minutes away from the train station and the town centre is also accessible via a 10-15minute walk. There is also an out door area with a pool which is excellent for a summer stay. Parking area is secure and locked at night Last but not least Alex is an excellent host. He made sure our stay was comfortable and was always ready to help us. A lovely and very courteous person attentive to his guests' needs. Would definitely stay again.

It is a fully renewed set of rooms on an historical building inside the city walls. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, with efficient air conditioning for the hot summer days. There are two restaurants on the ground floor (we heard no noise or disturbances at all from our room), very convenient for dining, with good prices and top quality. One kitchen is specialised in meat and the other in sea food. Great local and regional food and wine selection. However the best feature was the people, especially Mauro the owner, but also the restaurant and cleaning staff. Everybody friendly, customer oriented and ready to support with your needs. We are used to making holiday in Italy so we know that a friendly attitude is somewhat typical, but this was simply next level

    Great pool, like the entire hotel, it was spotlessly clean. The rooms were lovely and spacious. The gym was fabulous too. Nice touch was the wee honestly bar at the pool table. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. There was something for everyone. What a selection! You couldn't have asked for more. It is handy for the station with regular trains to Verona and also for the motorways. Handy for a short drive to Soave .

    The mere vast amount of nicely hot water from the shower was a plus in these days. The room was labelled as minimal, but, apart from the small dimensions, it had everything you expect from a "normal" room. The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in my life.

    If you are looking for something cheaper outside Verona this is perfect place.20 minutes drive to city center.Free parking. Its a 3 star family run hotel,don't expect everything to be perfect but Fabio was amazing and very welcoming. Grazie mile.
