I did not enjoy the stay.
I did not enjoy the stay. When we arrived the room was extremely hot as the A/C was not on. The External Bathroom had no ventilation and it was soo hot that you can not take a shower. The worse thing was that when we complaint to the owner and to booking, the owner replied very offensive and with racist comments towards southerner Italians. It was disgraceful and racist. Unacceptable for a public business. The only good thing is the easy access to main motorways. Be aware of this place as it's just an apartment on the second floor without elevator. I would not recommend to family with kids but most of all the poor customer care provided. Unreal now a day that a public staff treats customer with bad words and racist comments.
