Beautiful location on the Italian side of Lake Lugano, complete on it's own with a small beach, splash pools and water slide, spa, a playground, a fish and turtle pond, childcare and three restaurants. The place was spotless. The service was exceptional! I mean really! Everyone smiles and it felt they are genuinely interested in the people around. They waived off the charges for our second child. :) and sent us bottles of water for the drive back. I've never had that before. We'll definitely go back again.

To start with the most important point: There is an unbelievably fantastic terrace at the waterfront, ideal for outdoor dining (and taking a plunge in the lake) and the food was excellent. They must be very happy with their (Peruvian) chef! Staff is very nice and positive, there is a great teamspirit. Must be thanks to the friendly and correct owner. The hotel inside is cosy and personal, homely with nice details. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. Liked the solid shampoo (saves plastic). Parking in hotel garage is a plus. Breakfast was nice as well. Reasonable price for all what you get.

The Location is breathtaking. We had a room facing lake Como and it was a pleasure waking up to the sight of the lake and mountains. They have a pretty restaurant overlooking the lake , priced quite reasonably. The highlight of our stay were the people we met, the staff..who were so warm and welcoming! Right from Samanta, who i interacted with for the booking..she was always available and responsive to all my queries. All the gentlemen at the restaurant, Elia, Lorenzo, Dennis.. they all were kind and thoughtful. Also, Ricardo, Who took us on a memorable speed boat trip!

The location is just a magic, rich of nature and calm. The villa itself is very charming and has a spirit and story. Is very well located so has the best view over a lake. I had a jacuzzi in my room, so this made my stay even more relaxing. Chilling in the tub and admiring splendid view over a lake on each time of a day. Something extraordinary.

Excellent for exploring the lake region. Cable cars, fine dining, views and more. Stay there for rest. Get out to explore beauty of Italy. I recommend you go by a car or rent one. It is best to get around considering the elevation changes!
