Silvia the host and she immediately made us feel welcome. On the day of arrival she messaged us with all the details we would need for our stay here. Then throughout the stay she was always available to answer any questions we had. The property itself is really nice it had a good size swimming pool, a breakfast room with continental style breakfast available in the morning and a water machine and coffee machine for use throughout the rest of the day. The room was clean and was cleaned every other day to a very high standard. Location wise it is about a 20 min drive to the nearest beach and about a 3-5 min drive to the nearest shop which sold a good selection of food and drink. It was about a 25-30 min drive into Caligari centre. Overall we were very happy with our stay here, so much so we are thinking of coming back again in the near future. As many of the other reviews state it has a very relaxed, warm and homely feel to it. I would definitely recommend!

In terms of accommodating people, I would rank this accommodation among the top in terms of hospitality. A home away from home, if you will. It was a pleasure to spend a portion of our vacation here, and the owners Anna and Antonello could not have been more helpful. The main bedroom's balcony has a stunning view, and the rest of the facilities are excellent. Although the location may seem remote at first, we found that it actually put us within a short driving distance of Cagliari, the main airport, and a wide variety of stunning Sardinian beaches. The owner, Anna, puts a lot of thought and care into the breakfast she serves each morning, so guests can expect a delicious meal. Antonello, her spouse, shares her dedication to unparalleled hospitality.

The location is perfect to explore many beautiful beaches, as the hotel is just in the beginning of the costiera (coastal road). New hotel, spacious and clean room and bathroom. The receptionists were fantastic and they made our stay even better. We arrived just after 12pm so we were too early to check in but the receptionist found us a room and allowed us to check in early. During our stay we had to go to reception a few times for queries and the staff were fantastic and answered any questions we had. When we checked out the receptionist went out of her way to ensure we could get a taxi to the airport. The local taxi service was very busy so it was difficult to get a driver but she stayed on the phone to try get a taxi for us.

We have arrived to Hotel Solanas with a dog. Sofia, Aurora and a nice lady at the kitchen area made our 5 days stay really special with their kind and helpful attitude. We got a great and very clean room (each day was cleaned our room) on the second floor and there was no problem with the late check -in, we got all of the information on time. Breakfast had wide range of choices, and from the outside terrace we had a great chilling time after the breakfast with our dog. Parking is free of charge. Definitely we will visit this place again!
