From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It was a very pleasant stay! The room was well-equipped and warm, with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the mountains. Super service from the ladies that runs the hotel. Beautiful garden and lovely pool & whirlpool to refresh after long hikes. We had our own car and went for hikes to Val di Funes and Seiser Alm that were only 20 minutes drive away. We walked in to the center at night for dinner in lovely Chiusa.

Beautiful property and decor, luxury amenities and rooms. The staff was exceptional and professional service. The wine offerings are extensive. The GM was local and very helpful with information about the history, the region and recommendations for places to visit. This unique luxury hotel has everything right. Breakfast was amazing. The location is central to the area, very historic and quaint and not touristic.
