    The best thing about this B & B was the management.

    The best thing about this B & B was the management. Sara manages the check in, maintenance and prepares Italian style breakfast. She also will help with restaurant reservations and will direct you yo other points of interest. The old town is very interesting but would not recommend this B & B for any one that has trouble walking.

    We only stayed one night on our way back to the UK.

    We only stayed one night on our way back to the UK. It is a beautiful old house and so tastefully decorated and furnished, in a beautiful, quiet location, with good walks from the hotel. The restaurant, food and wine is excellent. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

    What a delightful place! We couldn’t get into our usual hotel as it was fully booked and found this by accident. I was worried it might be a bit too far from the town centre but it was fine. The short walk home after a meal was welcome. The rooms are tastefully decorated and ours was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was beautifully prepared, fresh, delicious and included in the price, as was the parking. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Excellent value for money. We will certainly use this place again.

    Loved the whole experience staying in Collina dei Poeti - lovely people, superb location and amazing views. The hotel offered bikes to travel to Santarcangelo, what was a brilliant way for everyday transport. They produce local wines and olive oil - you should try them! Recommend this experience truly!

    We loved everything a about this hotel, amazing location, beautiful gardens and the hotel well omg, amazing. Breakfast also very good, will definitely be coming back to this hotel!! Loved it!! The age the feel nothing to complain about!!
