    The best thing about this B & B was the management.

    The best thing about this B & B was the management. Sara manages the check in, maintenance and prepares Italian style breakfast. She also will help with restaurant reservations and will direct you yo other points of interest. The old town is very interesting but would not recommend this B & B for any one that has trouble walking.

    We only stayed one night on our way back to the UK.

    We only stayed one night on our way back to the UK. It is a beautiful old house and so tastefully decorated and furnished, in a beautiful, quiet location, with good walks from the hotel. The restaurant, food and wine is excellent. We would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

    A beautifully appointed hotel on an estate with vineyards, fruit trees and other agricultural produce. Lovely views of the countryside and of the historic town of Santarcangelo di Romagna. Our room was spacious and tastefully decorated and furnished, as well as very quiet, so we had a great sleep. Our bathroom was modern, large, and spotless. Breakfast was a feast, with home-made cakes and a great variety of other fresh food, and fruit juices, teas, and more. The staff were all highly welcoming.

    Our hosts Cristina and Maurizio were most charming and very accommodating. The property was recently completed and has the qualities of a five star hotel. All the amenities were perfect including the air conditioning and everything was supplied in abundance. The location in the historic part of town is amazing, with an ancient Bell Tower right outside your door. Parking is in the Piazzetta outside your door, but you do have to request a permit.

    Friendly welcoming reception. Parking on site ... at the door. Access to all of the facilities of the main dining/kitchen area, including use of refrigerator, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. at any time of day, and also laundry facilities if needed. Availability of excellent restaurants in Santarcangelo di Romagna, within 10-15 minutes drive.

    Everything! What a really pleasant experience. We did not know beforehand what a pretty little medieval town we were going to be staying in. Wonderful to have parking within the hotel walls. The staff were really friendly and helpful as well. Definitely good value for money and would definitely recommend.
