Easy to find a place to park the car. Easy check-iin. Warm welcome. Very beautifull modern place. Lots of pratical details, For exemple, it is nice to have the oportunity to make tea in the room. Very quiet. The breakfast is a large buffet of cheese, cold meat, bread, yogourt etc.. But the highlights are the homemade pastries and all the cappuccino you need to go with it. A very nice family atmosphere.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place is not only beautiful and perfectly located, but also full of warmth and good energy. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared.     Everything was perfect: the room was clean and comfy, newly furnished, in a quite place just a few minutes from Santa Fiora's centre; and the hosts were simply amazing, nice and kind. They prepared us a special breakfast with fantastic home-made cakes, and it was a pleasure to chat with them. Definitely recommended!

    All liked it! Delicious muffins, pies and cookies for breakfast. Fruits, yoghurts, toast.... Very clean and nice. There is a kitchen! Silence contributes to a wonderful sleep. Highly recommend! Next time I plan to stay at this hotel again. Huge thanks 🙏

    I can't answer this as the property was not ready by 7pm with a check in time of mid day. Santa Fiora is a pretty village. Don't follow the map instructions to the property as the roads are very narrow.

    This a very comfortable apartment close to the Peschiera. There is a lovely view of Santa Fiora from the bedroom window. The owner was very helpful during our stay.
