    the location was amazing, up in the hills above florence, adjoining a national park. Birds all around - very peaceful. very nice staff and lovely croissants and coffee for breakfast Shared pool and hot tub, but not an issue for us as it was almost empty. Access to Florence okay, but you need a car. Drive to scandicci for a tram probably best (we drove all th way in with a wheelchair)

    A great location to visit Florence and the picturesque region (well connected - tram to Florence and train or car to distatnt locations). Fantastic views of Tuscany all around La Capannaccia.     Small problem in the room was taken care of prompty and efficiently. Very helpfull and friendly staff. Bed comfortable, breakfast good. In the evening drinks available from the bar, also to take to the room. Not too far from Palazzo Wany (can be walked). Good connection with Firenze city, including 10 min walk to Scandicci centre

    Great location for us as we were visiting family in Scandicci - there is an easy tram connection to Firenze, but it is still about 30mn to city centre. Very nice, clean place, everything we need is available, very comfortable beds, nice neighborhood with supermarkets, parks for kids available nearby.

    The Aircon was actually cold! It was so lovely! We have stayed in loads of properties that claim Aircon that are uncomfortably warm. This hotel was so refreshing. The staff were friendly and thankfully spoke excellent English. Really close the park and ride too.

    Location just outside Florence, we could use as a base to visit Assisi, Florence, Pisa, etc. Ask about heating consumption in advance. Take fence remote with you!
