Well equipped kitchen and wifi excellent. After the beautiful, but very touristy towns of Assisi and Spoleto, we really enjoyed our stay in Sellano, a "normal" town. Good walking trails in the area. Staff seemed a little confused as if they were all new but were kind and seemed to be doing their best. Unfortunately I was unwell so unable to enjoy the stay to the fullest.
