Everything is really well-thought Love the interiors Food is delicious with a good choice of healthy (yet yummy) options - and home-made! Staff is welcoming and pay attention to you and your needs Overall there is a good balance of being in a hotel in the mountains but still having that international vibe which makes it a perfect example of glocal blend. I love this hotel so much i came back for my 2nd visit. It's a bit like staying in a beautiful big family home. Claudia and Oskar are the most wonderful and friendly hosts, their boys and other staff could not be more lovely. My cute little single bedroom was immaculately clean. The breakfast is excellent with gluten free and vegetarian options. This year I discovered the fantastic wellness rooms with spa, sauna, steam bath etc. Location is perfect just a one minute flat walk to the bus stop.

This place is so special, i am so glad we stayed here. If you are looking for a cosy warm feeling in a historical building (complete with creaky floors and small rooms) then you'll love it here. Its like being in a fairytale. Also have to give a shout out to the staff, they are the perfect mix of friendly and professional in such a warm way that you feel like you're welcomed into their home. Definitely leaving our stay with a strong pull to come back. If you're into modern features, minimalist design and generally luxury hotels, you should consider looking elsewhere - there are enough of those accommodations around too.
