Rosy was a fantastic hostess, she was able to meet us earlier than originally planned. The room was clean, she had arranged some extras for our comfort which was heartwarming. The area was lovely and a 1 minute walk to the seafront. My mother and I needed some assistance to visit Palermo and Mondello and Rosy along with her husband helped us so much. Lovely family, lovely location and we already cannot wait to come back!

The room was really clean and well equipped. The restaurant has really good food and the breakfast is also very delicious. The whole hotel is also clean and well managed, including the garden and the pool. The staff were really friendly and attentive when cleaning our room daily. The owner is also very personal and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful peaceful and quiet location in the suburbs of Palermo. Excellent breakfast, very friendly service. This hotel is located in a historic villa with gardens and fountains, visit the upstairs to step into the ancient regal villa. A good restaurant is next door. I loved my stay Unico Hotel D'Arte! Monica, Livia, Veronica, and the rest of the staff are amazing and so kind! The property is a hidden gem and has the prettiest vibe and views. Breakfast each morning was lovely. My room and it's views were beautiful and it was hard to leave the balcony each day to visit Mondello and Palermo! Highly recommend!

Cleanliness & extremely comfortable beds. Single bed in our triple room was an adult size (not always the case at other hotels). Hotel had a shuttle bus to the city centre each day, which was essential for us as we did not want to drive in Palermo & the hotel is up in the hills. There is a charge (£7 return) which we thought was good value. The restaurant for evening meals was also essential as there is little else in this area. The food was good & mostly good value. The staff work very hard & we’re friendly & helpful. We chose this hotel for the proximity to Palermo & the on-site parking (€5 per night). We would return & recommend.

    I visited this place with my friend, where we stayed at b&b una terrazza sul golfo. It was a beautiful quaint town next to the sea. The people were welcoming, and greeted us every time we passed the main street. We felt very much at home there, I’d love to go back.

    The hotel is not renewed and not too comfortable but….. THE VIEW!!! OH MY!!! THE VIEW!!!! They have been so lovely to upgrade us to a sea view room and it was just amazing! And the sunset!!!! Seriously… just these were worth every penny. Great and clean swimming pool, staff absolutely helpful and polite, always with a smile! If the rooms are not so nice… it is not an issue, believe me! We’ll definitely be back!

    The property is perfectly situated in Sferracavallo. Close to shops, restaurants and the nearby beach. It is also very close to the Train station connecting you to the airport and Palermo etc. Giovana and Pino have created a wonderful atmosphere and place to stay in Sicily 😃
