Breakfast was perfect. Its location can be reached by car Pisa, Carrara, Forte di Marme, Lucca. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Receptionists were friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location for a stay but tricky to access to snd from Torre del Lago Puccini Festival, given landslide. Best to enter from Lucca and great for stay rather than one night. Delightful property, very helpful staff, excellent breakfast, beautiful room.

    A small village, 4k population with few stores & amenities,...

    A small village, 4k population with few stores & amenities, but it is quiet and peaceful. It is a 5 minute drive from Viareggio proper, so placement wise, it is perfect for those wanting a large place to stay, away from noise, yet easy to access if desired. I used it as a base as I traveled around the west coast of Italy (Lucca, Florence, Pisa, Siena, Rome, etc.).
