The settings are beautiful. If you need to switch off this is the place to go. Francesca and her mum are very welcoming. Breakfast all homemade cakes by Francesca. The room very nice and clean. It has a lot of character. If you don't fancy leaving to go exploring you can either relax on the grounds or use the swimming pool. There is about 1.5km of rough road which is an adventure but it's all part of the fun! Any tourist, history or food questions you may have Francesca will answer. In your room you will find a booklet of towns, restaurants, and places to visit with a very detailed description.

The hotel is very well updated looking at the old historic outside. Rooms were so large and well appointed. Best breakfast we had in Italy. Only a minute walk from the main Piazza and few minutes from many restaurants and shopping.

The place has been recently open. Every detail has been deeply studied and the result is an excellent experience. Really a special place! Also the breakfast was excellent with option gluten free. The personnel is exceptionally gentle, the perception is that they are proud of working there, which is a clear signal of the attention paid to the wellbeing starting from the staff.

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—always smiling and available. The spa team were true professionals; we had an incredible massage. At the restaurant, they accommodated every special request without hesitation. The receptionists did their absolute best to ensure our satisfaction. I loved my stay at Hotel Picchio. The staff were welcoming. I had a lovely room with a balcony. The location was fantastic - close to the train station, furnicular and local buses. It was clean and quiet. I would happily stay again. Thank you.
