Me and my boyfriend just stopped over for 1 night on our road trip and we were so happy with everything! We booked on the ground floor, so we had parking right outside, which was perfect for rearranging the car f.ex. The staff was really nice and welcoming, the room was clean and beautiful! The staff are professional. We asked one reception lady to give us information about some places to visit in Milano. The girl did not hesitate to make a list of many places that we can vist , restaurants to eat and shops. She is a concierge girl. She is very helpful.
