But what makes this hotel exceptional is its wonderful people!! the ladies at breakfast were all so kind and helpful, (on the day of our arrival we were asked where we could get the red onion seeds and on the last day one of them brought us a big bag full of seeds from her own house!. The girls at the reception were truly friendly, they allowed us to check out 30 minutes later without any problem, while when we accidentally broke a glass they forgave us again, without any charge. all the visitors of Tropea deserve to live this hospitality experience, without doubt!!. We re beyond pleased that spent one week in this hotel and met this excellent team, Alla prossima

The old town was amazing to see from the beach underneath, the way its been built on the cliff. Good choice of restaurants and bars.

I loved the views and the variety of spots to relax from high up in town to down close to the sea. The wind and cooler temperatures stopped us from entering the water however, as the sea temperature is still quite temperate there were many swimmers early October.

The beaches were amazing. Places we ate that I recommend, That's Amore, great food and lots of ambiance, Diamante Rosso, Pinturicchio has great fish dishes and the best gelato was at Gelati Tonino.

Such and incredible place! It ticks all the boxes: reachable by train/airplane, beautiful village, incredible beach. You can easily reach by boat the Eolian islands or via train Scilla and Reggio Calabria.

Uber is working very bed there.

Uber is working very bed there. You'd better ask your hotel for a transfer from the airport and back. We paid around 70-80 euros for this service. Tropea is a very touristic place, and prices to rent an umbrella with 2 beds on the beach are just crazy (25-60 euros per day in high season!) You'd better take your own beach umbrellas here :) Many "tourist trap" restaurants, but you can find good places to eat if you choose 4.5 and higher ratings on Google Maps. I liked "Da Ribaudo" and "Il Convivio" restaurants the most! Great, very clean and very warm sea!

We had an amazing stay at the Maschera apartment! Everything was brand new, very modern, and perfectly functional for our family. The location in the old town is excellent—close to everything yet peaceful. But the best part was the host—truly one of the best we’ve had in Italy. He welcomed us personally with two glasses of prosecco, was always available, and offered great recommendations whenever we needed help. We felt truly taken care of. Highly recommend this place—we already want to come back!

Tropea Boutique Hotel was in a great location to the beach and historical district. The room was comfortable, breakfast excellent, and Nicoletta was most helpful. The other staff who organised breakfast and looked after the Reception were also very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay in Tropea. It was a great place to unwind and relax after 3.5 weeks moving around Italy. We would recommend this hotel if staying in Tropea.

Quaint and beautiful surroundings didn’t make it feel like a traditional hotel at all. This is personified by the breakfast service which is stunning. The staff were so accommodating and kind in all aspects. It’s a fantastically quiet, clean and manicured hotel and ticks every box whoever you are and whatever you intend to do in this region of Italy. I would recommend this to anyone. Thank you so much.

Excelent apartment Spatious ( for family of 4 almost adults ) very well equpied and well maintained. The location is perfect. In the center of one of the most beautifull towns in Italy. Of course is a little bit noisy but windows has good isolation so its not a big problem. I would come and come in Tropea again and use this apartment every time.
