First of all the hotel is splendid. The staff was extremely welcoming and paid a lot of attention to our specific needs. The bedroom is stunning and we liked a lot that they don't have standard hotel white bedsheets but beautiful cosy light colored ones, like at home. The hotel is very nicely designed and ultra modern. The bathroom had shower and bathtub. The breakfast was fresh and very diverse, they had fresh fruits and a variety of veggies, meat and cheeses. The coffee is as usual exceptional. They have the full service of a 5 stars hotel, including a welcoming drink and a rose for ladies.

On booking the hotel we had a choice of several as you do We chose the Bellerive 5* and from the moment we walked in was greeted by front of house and made to feel exceptionally welcome. The chap on the desk Giuseppe was superb through out the stay This hotel is definitely worth a visit and lives up to the 5* rating which is sometimes not the case Other staff worth a mention was Andrea the young waiter who always had a smile and was a credit to the hotel and Stefano the breakfast waiter. Every member of staff should be mentioned as all equally as attentive and professional. The hotel was immaculately clean and the interior was modern and elegant with simple colours that made the rooms bright and classy. Swimming pool area is great and the minute you walk out the hotel gate you immediately on the Broad walk of the lake If you looking for a top hotel you won’t be disappointed with this hotel 5 * all the way

It was the perfect hotel for us. We had rooms with balconies next to each other as we requested. The rooms had good light. The bed was one of the most comfortable and had a duvet not just a sheet. The rooms are clean, bright and large. The facility has a lockable place where electric bikes can be stored and charged. Location in the very center of the city, overlooking the promenade, very safe area. Rich breakfasts, large selection of cakes. The staff was very helpful, they organized a transfer from Desenzano when we were caught by a downpour and helped dry our things.

Delightful, always smiling staff, they were always very nice. The accommodation is very modern and made of high quality materials. Cleanliness 10/15!!
