Hotel Dama Bianca was for us a jewel of a find. Far enough to escape the half-term chaos of the slopes, but close enough to Cervinia to enjoy the mountain drive there and back every day. The view from the hotel rooms were stunning and the general attention to detail outstanding. Every little thing has been thought about, the hotel is spotlessly clean, and the family's hospitality will forever warm our hearts . The breakfast was perfect, dinner an institution!; an authentic Italian 4 course meal every night.... that we started talking about at breakfast! What a week. We felt blessed to have found this unique, family-run Italian hotel. It just has that special something that is rare to find and made our holiday. Do not get us started on the Torta Della Nonna !!!...

The personal Luigina was very friendly and always helped us. The apartment was near the ski resort(about 20 mins by foot). About 15 mins to the local restaurants down the mountain by foot. Apartment was clean and warm, everything for cooking was in the kitchen. In the bathroom were towels, slippers and washing accessories. We really enjoyed our staying in this apartment:)))

    I loved Valtournenche!

    I loved Valtournenche! This is a small to medium village in the mountains. Lovely atmosphere when walking through the village. Tourist Information Centre for the village and surrounding area available. Plenty of restaurants /cafes to choose from and even a cheese factory! I hate large crowds so Valtournenche was perfect size for me : )

    Beautiful mountain village with little specialty shops and wonderful food. Valtournenche is only 15minutea away from the famous and very busy Cervinia. Better to stay here than in Cervinia. More authentic mountain village.

    Perfect location for going skiing. They have a ski rental store right in front of the hotel with exceptional rental equipment at reasonable prices. You can buy the ski pass right at the hotel reception which is super. The owner and staff are super friendly and around to help almost always. If i wanted a tea they are more than happy to prepare one and take to the room in the evenings. Our room had a balcony so we had an excellent view of the mountain in front and could see the snow falling which was beautiful.
