I loved Valtournenche! This is a small to medium village in the mountains. Lovely atmosphere when walking through the village. Tourist Information Centre for the village and surrounding area available. Plenty of restaurants /cafes to choose from and even a cheese factory! It has ski room which keeps your skis and boots warm. The staff is very polite and helpful. There is one Romanian lady at the restaurant which is very attentive to details and serves you very well. The hotel offers free parking in the large parking lot just in front.
