Francesco was very accommodating, to arrive and meet us with the keys, after we had a delay at the airport. It was easy to get to the street, we did need some local help just make sure we were in the right place. The apartment was on the top floor with views across Bologna and hills to the West. The 2 roomed apartment was very clean, tidy with plenty of storage and all the features for the kitchen and bathroom with integrated shower cubicle, washing machine were functional. The beds were comfortable. Access to local amenities for any last minute take away or Cafe were within easy reach across from the local piazza. It was easy to get around nearby towns and main roads for Emilia Romagna Region using a hire car. Great accommodation to use as a base for getting around.

I travel a fair amount but this hotel really stands out for the exceptional front desk staff. Very welcoming and friendly. The location was exactly what I was looking for as I was in transit for one night - easy to find and with enclosed parking. The room was very clean and breakfast was nice. Overall, a very well run hotel.

Everything was great. The hotel is in a good location, just a few minutes from the center. There is enough parking available in front of the hotel, and they also have a parking garage. The rooms are large enough, clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich and they always have something new available. The staff is helpful and in a good mood.
