Love the location and outside entrance amazing. Coffee area was great, love the decoration, rooms are really nice and I will happy to visit again with my family. Front desk staff always happy love that.

My husband and I checked in the Hotel for his birthday on the 2nd August...upon entering the hotel the smell was fresh, the ambience peaceful. The front desk staff we interacted with both upon check in and in the night Natasha, Joel and Deji-Ann were extremely helpful in not just the hotel facilities but things to do and places to visit in Jamaica...💯💯💯💯 Let us talk about the dinning room/kitchen staff Georgia,,,her kind, warm and bubbly personality was so intoxicating it blew us away...she was not just sweet but helpful and effective/timely in her service to us...Thank you again Georgia...There are some things that can't be learnt and other things is just natural...Georgia is natural😇🤗💯💯💯 Overall we will definitely recommend!!! HOSPITALITY IN ITS FULLNESS P.s my husband enjoyed his birthday..and Natasha thanks a million for blessing ua with complimentary drinks for his birthday...he was very pleased🥺🥺🥺

Being downtown Kingston was convenient for our business trip as we were centrally located. We felt completely safe and well attended to by all of the wonderful staff at Chillin at Duke. The room was spacious and spotless. Chillin at Duke is definately our new go to spot when we travel to Kingston.
