Very clean, and it is good for small family and privacy.

Excellent location, excellent service. We received an higher category room on a basic rate. The staff was very friendly.

The property was 4 mins by car from Jerash parking. It had a small outdoor area where you can enjoy the sun.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional thanks to the kindness and generosity of Abdul Tunis who went above and beyond in his service and helpfulness. We were upgraded at no extra charge, the rooms were spotlessly clean, beds so comfortable, location and view outstanding. When we were too tired to go out and get dinner Abdul ordered us in local food ensuring we paid local prices. He did our laundry for us and always had a smile with no catch. We can not rate this hotel highly enough predominantly because of the outstanding kindness and humbleness of Abdul Tunis - thankyou my friend for making an otherwise ordinary stay extraordinay

It was an exceptional experience. My wife, our three kids and I enjoyed our stay at the Lijam Hotel, the 2 bedroom Suite was large, spacious, and very comfortable. Our suite had a connecting balcony too, which excited the kids, the living area also had a small balcony. It was located right in front of the local mosque so it was super convenient for us to wake up and walk to the mosque for early morning prayers (fajr). There were also a few cafe's and a small supermarket very close to the hotel (1 to 2 minutes walk). All of the staff, from the receptionists, the waitresses at the breakfast, to the security personnel, they were all super nice and friendly. If I understood correctly the hotel is still going through some construction work, so in the future there will also be a swimming pool and a gym which is going to be even fantastic. Parking was freely available around the hotel, in the public street but it is super safe in Jordan. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Amman. Microwave in the suite was super useful. Wifi connection was super fast. Breakfast was good, with lots of options for everyone. Ideal location. Feedback for improvement: The locker in our room was locked and broken, in an unusable state, this must have been replaced. It will be great to have at least 2 or 4 Dishes (depending on the number of beds) and a few cutlery as it is a family suite, plenty of kitchen pantry cabinets but all of them were empty. The balcony was super dirty and the balcony furniture was unusable because it was not cleaned by the housekeeping staff, we know it was winter in Jordan but in the afternoon when the sun was out it was pleasant but we could not use them.

Starting fron the traditional Jordanian welcoming entrance, to the super friendly Staff. To the big size room, to the decent size nice balcony with the city view, to the calmness, cleaness. I delt with Ibrahim, Hasan mainly, but all others were always smiling. I stayed their during the holy month of Ramadan, Hotel took the responsibility of waking people up to have a free hotel Suhoor. The location of the hotel is great, surrounded with alot of resturants, coffee shops, supermarkets, banks and other services, as if u r in the midtown. I will select them for my next visit.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was exceptionally neat and well-maintained, with everything spotless and organized, which made my stay very comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely polite and courteous throughout my visit. From the front desk to housekeeping, everyone was always ready to help with a warm smile, which truly made me feel welcome. Another big advantage of this hotel is its prime location. It’s conveniently situated close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport, making it very easy to get around and explore the city without any hassle. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with excellent service and a great location. I look forward to staying here again!

Very helpful staff. They bring you everything quickly to your room. Organize uber for you. Guide you wherever you want to go in the city and know reliable taxidrivers who can take you to any tour outside the city.They even warm up food you have brought from outside.
