DARKUM Apartment - PETRA Period: 21/04/25 to 24/04/25 (3 nights) Guests: 6 Adults (2 couples & 2 adult children) Accommodation:: 1 super-large double with en-suite shower/toilet/wash-basin, 1 x super-large double, 1 x triple (3 single beds). 1 x super-large kitchen-diner, 1 x large lounge, 1 x entrance hall. 1 x shower room with toilet & wash-basin. Ample parking & open space . Step-free throughout living accommodation. Located on the outskirts of Petra in a local residential area, well away from the tourist noise & bustle. Mini-supermarkets for essentials within walking distance & two local masjids as well close by. Facilities' used: Wi-Fi, TV etc. Dining table set, Kitchen storage, Crockery, Cooking-ware & utensils. Gas Cooker with oven, Microwave, Fridge-Freezer. Washing Machine, Vacuum cleaner. Fully furnished rooms & lounge. Portable electric heaters. Our experience:: Excellent, wonderful, homely. Host (Mum), Mohammed (& Ayman) were helpful from the time we booked to the day we left. Mohammed specks good English & was very helpful with any arrangement, need or request – going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable.. Breakfasts provided were freshly made; hearty & healthy, made with local foodstuffs. We simply advised of the time & it was ready - even as early as 6.30am!. Mum will also do dinner if requested, at a very reasonable JoD cost (we simply did no have time to take this up). This is simply perfect for families. Amazing stay with a beautiful location. New furniture with clean beds and sheets. A big renovation was made for this hotel in Jul/2023. friendly staff and helpful and ready for any assistance. Highly recommendation 😀❤️

Ahmeed is a super host! Super kind and helpful for any request we made! His wife prepared us a suuuper dinner for us super traditional, and gave us a very early take away breakfast before our visit to Petra. He also advised us a nice Turkish hammam and let us have a discount there.

Thank you to the lovely professional staff (concierge, reception, manager, restaurant waiters) for your warm and exceptional hospitality! Excellent location right across the street from the Petra entrance gate. Rooms are super clean, modern, AC working very well and a nice touch is the Nespresso machine. Amazing breakfast offered, especially the assortment of danish+pastries. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a comfortable modern hotel while visiting Petra! Look forward to coming back!

The hotel is nere to Petra Visitor centre, easy to find, with private free parking. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. At arrival we got useful information about exploring Petra valley which made our trip perfect. The room was perfectly clean, good wifi, safe, fruit and snacks on arrival, very good breakfast. We can highly recommend this hotel.

Original room, great views and pleasant common space to chill

The stay was amazing! The staff were very kind and attentive to all our needs. The room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just 2 minutes by car from the city of Petra. Lastly, a special mention to their breakfasts, which were excellent. Thank you very much for everything!
