Excellent room, even more spacious and beautiful than in the pictures. Very well equipped, and there's a huge supermarket next door which is very convenient. There were even games and coloring books which the kids appreciated. We had a great stay!

Takai the owner was sooooo helpful, it made all the difference to my stay in Matsumoto. I loved the book he made describing the different restaurants and what their specialities were. So much love and hard work have gone into making this place special. Takai was patient and answered all of my questions and went out of his way to help me. I am very grateful for his kindness and consideration. Lots of eating and drinking places are only a few minutes away as is the castle. It's also only about 15 minutes walk from the station so even with a suitcase I could walk here.

The offer of toiletries to take to the onsen, bikes to cycle round the city and free washing facilities made it such an easy place to stay without hidden extra costs. The kitchen was well kitted out. Staff and other travellers very friendly.

Breakfast was amazing. Great selection of food and beverages which were plentiful and delicious, replenished promptly thought it was busy. The staff were truly delightful. The staff at Reception definitely made us feel welcome. She was very patient and attentive to help us out, even with the GPS system in our car. We cannot thank her enough for her help. Though we did not get her name, we will forever remember the face of the angel who is so empathetic and helpful. It did not matter that we did not speak Japanese!

We were so lucky to stay in this new, modern, beautiful hotel.So organised with perfect design,so many amenities and so clean. We had 2 types of home wearing, kimono and clothes to go to onsen.About them everything above our expectations..so clean,so cozy design and with so many products to use after the relaxation of hit baths.Everything was thought out down to the last detail.Congratulations.

This hotel had a very professional feel to it, and the staff were friendly and helpful at all times. A very comfortable bed in a room with that extra bit of space that one so appreciates in Japan, both in the room itself and the bathroom. I'd happily stay again another time.

The location was excellent, with a walking distance to the bus and train stations. I walked everywhere. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room was a good size for me as a solo traveller. It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
