The staff were helpful and friendly at check-in. The beds were really comfortable and the view from the hotel room was nice. Sofa and desk + chair in the room, which was good. The location was excellent, being really close to JR Asahikawa Station and the main downtown shopping/ restaurant area. It was great that the onsen had indoor and outdoor baths. On the 3rd floor lobby, there is a lot of seating where people can relax and have a drink in the afternoon/evening time, which was really cool.

It's probably the best place I've stayed in! It was very comfortable, and breakfast was fantastic. Great location with in the mall.

There is a small onsen on the top floor. Convenient location next to the railway station and various shops and restaurants. Very nice breakfast buffet with lots of freshly prepared Japanese food. Car parking with lift available. Staff didn't speak much English but was very friendly and helpful. Thanks a lot. It was a very pleasant stay.
