The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was well decorated with a modern vibe and well equipped with all necessary amenities. The surroundings of the club were picturesque and serene. They also serve both Japanese and Western breakfast and the breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall speaking, it is a perfect accommodation as long as you're driving. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Karuizawa next time.

The breakfast and dinner provided was excellent. The breakfast was salad , bread varieties, sausages and ham and coffee/tea . I love the dinner especially the quiche and beef stew. The place is very uniquely designed. The owner kept a lot of ornaments from his travel through Europe. I love it. Overall if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and with excellent service, this will be it.

Beautiful place. The moment you arrive at the hotel you feel a blanket of peace and tranquility coming over you. The staff provided amazing service and speaks well English to explain the necessary items + how to use the onsen. The room is spacious, clean, and has a beautiful view on the small river. Beautiful bathroom as well and the bed sleeps amazing! The highlight was the onsen, our first time to do this and we couldn’t pick a better location for this! The breakfast was world class!

This is a perfect hotel! Everything is new. The room was very clean. The breakfast in the resteraunt was perfect and tasty. The staff was very nice. The location is also perfect in the middle of the main street in a very nice mall. They also have parking place for free for the visitors.

Good location close to the train and bus station. Staff was extremely friendly, They gave good recommendation on how bus tracks and other points of interest nearby. We got a perfectly cleaned room and there were perfect white sheets and a pretty good breakfast. The Welcome Drink and the afternoon game room setup in the cafeteria was a nice surprise which my son enjoyed. Also the fact that we were always welcomed by the staff at the hotel door when we came back from our walks was a great touch.
