This is an extremely comfortable hotel with excellent facilities. The room was very well laid out and a good size, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was superb and the library with tea/coffee available as required was an additional bonus. The location is central and very close to transport and the centre.

Everything was great and exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable and large, the staff was friendly, there was a treat in the fridge, the rooftop onsen was amazing and it's located really centrally. There free ramen in the evening, but didn't try that. Also laundry possibility, vending machines etc.

This is an excellent hotel with a good location. We booked the Japanease style room. The room was a little small for 3 people, but the futons were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and clean. AC works fine. Breakfast was very good.
