Such a beautiful city. Surrounding burbs Awesome!

Such a beautiful city. Surrounding burbs Awesome! Put like this. Prada, Gucci, Lois Vitton, Armani, the list long. Why go to hectic Tokyo when Nagoya offers all the rich city life without the intensity of Tokyo. I was highly impressed. I have travelled a great deal. I liked this city better than New York, Chicago, Atlanta, LA. So beautiful, easy to navigate, wonderful to walk around. Surrounding burbs so beautiful! One last thought, all the US cities listed are dirty, trash laden, crime filled destinations. New York smells like a sewer, scaffolding that NEVER ENDS, piles of trash at night, a nighmare. I don't see this in Japan.

Nagoya is a really nice city, very easy to get around and much less crowded than the other big cities. There are a number of things to do such as, visit the huge planetarium, the Tokugawa gardens, the Noritake museum to see the beautiful ceramics. There are also Ghibli Park and Legoland for families and the castle is lovely. From Nagoya there is easy access to many other places such as Takeyama and Shirakawago.

Nagoya is a treasure for eating and shopping.

Nagoya is a treasure for eating and shopping. LOTS of great restaurants. There's the science museum, the Toyota museum, and Nagoya Castle. No "authentic" neighborhoods to explore, though there is an ethnic shopping street near Kamimaezu Station. There are lots of traditional Japanese coffee shops "kissaten" to relax in if that's your thing. If you venture away from downtown there are places like Shirotori Gardens or Arimatsu on the historical Tokaido Road which was a center of indigo dyeing. No restaurants though in the 800 m length of the neighborhood.

Unsure of what to expect but the city is full of life.

Unsure of what to expect but the city is full of life. Amazing shopping in Osu Shotengai District, the castle, the food options (as in most if Japan), Kako Coffee House ogura toast (long queue but yummy) and most delicious sake I tried was in Nagoya. Only stayed for one full day really but very enjoyable. (Also hosts some of the sumo matches! Didn't even have time to visit the Science Museum...

Nagoya is often overlooked but we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Nagoya is often overlooked but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Stayed here for 2 nights but wish we stayed more. We did one day Legoland and one day Nagoya Science museum. If we had stayed longer, we could've visited the Nagoya Aquarium, the MagLev museum and the Toyota museum. We took the Hinotori train from Osaka which had a more luxurious interior than the Shinkansen. I'll come back to explore Nagoya and surrounding more.

it is about a 9 minute walk to Nagoya station. their smart TV shows a live feedback on the status of the laundry machine. so we get to know if any of the machine is available or the amount of time left for our washing to be done in the comfort of our room. the room is quite small for 2 adults and 2 children but this is a business hotel and in city centre so we should not expect the room to be very big.

The hotel has a perfect location close to the Nagoya station and can be reached in 5 minutes walk. The rooms are tiny and offer little comfort. Always considering the price of €400+ per night I would not call it good value for money. The staff did merely their job, no extra step. The room was very clean and nicely made up every day !

The size of the twin room was reasonable.. The staff was friendly and at least one of them spoke good English. The bathroom was small but functional. Although the location is quite far from Nagoya Station, the hotel provided shuttle service to the train station. Breakfast is provided, and I enjoyed the food.

10/10 hotel for 3 nights stay in Nagoya. Few minutes walking to Mirai tower and Sakae station. Room was decent size, plenty of restaurants, convenient stores and departments stores nearby. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money as well!

The hotel itself is very nice, the amenities are great as well. I only stayed one night but Nagoya seems like a great place to take a personal trip. The location is perfect since the hotel is at Nagoya station itself, you don't even have to go out.
