We loved our stay there! The staff is very helpful, the thermal bath available in the hotel is very nice, the room was spacious and cozy, with a window outlooking the mountains. We also liked that the hotel encourages guests to choose eco-cleaning of rooms (without sheets replacements etc) by gifting soft drinks coins for the choice. We find full daily cleaning unnecessary and not environmentally friendly, so we appreciate the gesture.

Stayed here for one night to go to the snow monkey park the day after. Friendly and welcoming people, homey feel. Clean sleeping area and bathroom/toilet, spacious bedroom. Very close to the station.

    It's close to the Snow Monkey Park and Obuse is close by with the Hosaki museum and nice shopping area. I didn't go into Nakano itself. Very good location by the main road but no noise in the bedroom.
