Great location on the lake front, room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Plus the owners were some of the most friendly people I’ve ever met, will 100 percent be returning on my next trip to Japan.

I recently stayed at this accommodation, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a lovely tatami area that gave it a traditional Japanese feel. The bed was comfortable and cosy, and I appreciated the bedside lamp for late-night reading. But the real highlight for me was the location - right at the lakefront! The view was onto a courtyard, though, but we could observe three cute cats taking their sunbath every morning right in front of our window. It truly felt like a slice of paradise. Interaction with staff was minimal but effective and there was nothing to complain about.

The guesthouse is very conveniently located, just a short 5 minute walk from the Mt Fuji train station. This is a small facility, a basic modern style four story building, very clean and up to date. The bed was very comfortable, firm mattress with four pillows. They provided complimentary unlimited coffee and teas, and also pijamas with slippers. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. They had a variety of items for purchase such as ramen soups and candles. And they had some rental bicycles available.

    I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, from the moment...

    I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, from the moment I arrived I was greeted by three hotel workers to help with my luggage and also helped to drive us to the local Family Mart for food and snacks since we came at a later check-in. The check-in process was smooth and efficient since we did communicate an upgrade via email. They made me and my partner feel welcome and right at home. The room itself was nothing but spectacular and it was spacious beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. The attention to detail in the room design is impressive. the view from my window was breathtaking and I couldn't ask for a more comfortable luxurious space. Unfortunately the cuisine was not provided at the time of our stay but it makes it worth the affortablity of the stay. They provided free shuttle service to any near location.
