    We were very impressed by the enthusiasm of the guides at the Masaaki Iinuma’s Museum ! Everyone should visit this place because of the importance of what he has contributed to the aviation history ! Nature-viewing is also enjoyable, in summer the sunflower fields were amazing!

    Basic place that is very handy for starting (or ending) the Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route. Good shared baths, basic tatami mat rooms and decent wifi. We liked that we could send our bags ahead to Toyama directly from the hotel. Plus, it was less than a 5-minute walk from the train station and bus to Ogizawa.

    Staffs are quite helpful even though they could rarely speak English. The hotel is located at a practical distance from Hakuba Valley if you rent a car and there's a lot of parking space. There aren't many restaurants in the area, though, so better reserve seats or go early for your dinner.

    Very nice hotel, ski in ski out resort, you can hire all your ski gear from the hotel which is handy. The rooms are very clean and the staff are lovely. They have a private bath which you can book, which also has a sauna.
