All Fukui City Hotels fully booked over a long weekend, that’s why we ended up in Sabae City. Like: - price point (under ¥10,000) - 9min walk from Sabae Station - Family Mart next door - Self-service (robes, extra blankets) - good breakfast (Japanese, Western) included with stay - 5min walk to Megane Museum - afew eateries within walking distance

We spent one night at Guesthouse Luluha and it was fantastic. At the time of our stay we had the whole apartment for the two of us and it was really big. It is on two floors with the living areas and kitchen on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the first flirt. There is also a garden that was under renovation at the time of our visit. The kitchen is well equipped with everything and we prepared our own food there. You can also choose between regular beds or futons and we opted for the former. If you came by car there is also a private garage which was definitely an additional plus. The host lives close by and the communication with them was great. When we arrived he was very welcoming and he showed us around. Really a great experience for us here and super recommended!

What an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Highly recommended. We were a group of 4 and had the whole place to ourselves. What a stunning space. The Tabaki team were very friendly, welcoming and accommodating.
