Good location, very convenient! The cable car to the ski park is just doorstep from the hotel. Staff are friendly and guide us a lot to reach the hotel. We have a pleasant stay at there.

Our hosts were so lovely and showed incredible hospitality. The house was beautiful and right in the snow resort with easy walking distance to ski lifts. The hosts were always on call and helped us with every question, even took us to the supermarket each day for supplies. I can not thank them enough. We stayed as a family of 9 and had an incredible time. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most meals on site. The house provided a BBQ with charcoal for grilling. Each day our hosts filled the private Onsen tub for us to soak in after a big day skiing. Bedrooms were spacious and warm with many bed options. There are several rental shops close by for rental of snowboards, ski's and snow wear. We loved our stay over Christmas 2024 and cant not thank the hosts enough for such a memorable experience. Will definitely stay again!

Wow! What an amazing experience, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Convenient location right next to the train station and a short walk to the chair lift, makes this hotel an ideal location for a short ski trip from Tokyo. The rooms were large, modern and spacious with lovely traditional details throughout, and great views across the mountains. The Onsen was beautiful and the whole hotel was very clean and exceptionally maintained. After finishing in the Onsen, the complimentary ice cream was a lovely added bonus. Would recommend to anyone visiting Japan for a luxury stay for a short weekend skiing!

Location was convenient to the nearby ski slopes and snow play area. Shuttle bus pick up from echigo station was convenient. Breakfast selection was very good, my favourite part is the onsen of the hotel. There are two different location for onsen, loved the outdoor onsen.

- access from ECHIGO-YUZAWA station was very convenient. you can use FREE pick-up service when you check in/out. - staff is very friendly and willing to help you at any time. - dinner(KAISEKI course cuisine) was very delicious. (buffet style or KAISEKI(course cuisine) style is up to the date when you stay. please contact to hotel to make sure) - breakfast(buffet style) has both Japanese food and western food. you can enjoy both of them. each food has handwriting memo to explain. I could feel the passion of the staff to their local food. (breakfast style or TEISHOKU style is also up to the date when you stay. please contact to hotel to make sure) - air condition system was well equipped so I could stay comfortable during the winter. - public bath was great, and especially open-air bath was remarkably spacious. I could stay comfortable.
