There is a free shuttle bus going from and to Narita Airport which makes arriving tot he hotel way more easy. The self check-in and check out are also really simple and fast. The breakfast is also good. I enjoy going there each time I have been there.

As asked, they put a baby crib in the room before our arrival. The breakfast buffet is really good. The convinient store in the building is really usefull. There is a free shuttle to go in Narita downtown if you have extra time.

very nice and clean place. staffs are very kindly. You can take the shuttle bus from hotel to the airport t2. Also you can take another bus to Narita city. Staffs are very glad to help you to call a taxi to the place you want .the breakfast is richness. Actully there are many tourist group live in the hotel that are little noisy, but they will be have breakfast sepetratly on the 1st floor, and we are on the top floor which have a good view.
