If you are looking for rustic, off the beaten track, accomodation, Podocarpus cottages is an excellent choice! A bit of a drive off the highway on a dirtroad (4x4 when it rains) and you are in a haven, a pleasant cottage, nice garden, stroll to a good view of Mt Kenya, and the host, Michael, is just outstanding. Will do all he can to make your stay great, and connect you with people for anything, order breakfast delivery (!), arrange a pick up of goods from a store, hook you up with a driver, safari organizer and you name it. Super pleasant stay and Michael and his crew are excellent.

The gardens are absolutely stunning.Staff are very attentive and friendly. Food is good . Access road is poor but in general a haven.

The cleanliness O my God (100% + super) As in,words are not enough The food was amazing (portions mzuri sana,big filling) Aish I just had the best stay,I won't lie I unfortunately didn't remember to take photos while I was there but that's good,so you can go experience it for yourself 😜

Good service and the service was great. The rooms were nice with big comfy beds and the large screen Smart TV. The location is also good. Only we suffered with vegetarian food (especially for Indians). No options for us. Other than food, everything is excellent.

Grounds are magnificent with plenty of activities at the hotel and close proximity to amazing safaris. Rolling hills with the stunning Mount Kenya in the background combined with roaming wildlife and activities make the hotel worth staying at for at least part of the trip rather than spending all day at safaris.

Large , guarded house in Nanyuki. Very comfortable for families or up to 3 couples. Master bedroom with own bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Basically, type od accomodation where you can start living from a day one on really decent level. Owner recommend car rental agency for us as well.

The house is perfect, the best amongst 5 places we have stayed in Kenya. Well equipped kitchen and washing machine is available. Nice homely decor. Well maintained lovely garden. Quiet, isolated and great house design especially the interior the way rooms are arranged. My daughter wanted us to build such a house, without subtracting or adding any feature.

Everything was absolutely incredible. From the big beautiful spacious home, the patio, huge bedrooms,modern fixtures in the house. Had an amazing time with family and cannot recommend this house enough!
