The hotel is right next to the train station and there are good bus connections to town. Ask for information at the tourist desk inside the train station. The views from the 16th floor were tremendous. The room had a washing machine and a drying cabinet. Staff helped us operate both. The bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting in the window alcove.

Nice place near the excellent ACC, close to subway station and bus to bus terminal. Restaurants and shops around the corner. Clean rooms. Good service.

Very friendly staff, they allowed us to upgrade to a higher floor for a nominal fee which was great. The window overlooked the traditional village and the room was equipped with everything we needed. And the location is right next to the village. Delicious breakfast Thank you very much for a wonderful stay🌸

Location was close to everything and the lake was just down the road. The staff were very helpful and spoke decent English. The foyers smelled wonderful!

This is my second time staying here - i like the location, with Lotte Mall only 15 minutes walk away. There are convince shops close by, next to the bus terminal. The room is a good size and staff very helpful. Parking is also easy and plentiful.

Its very centered. I like the korean traditional house. Also the ahjumma, the owner I think is sooo nice. Even she cannot speak english, you can see that she is trully care for her guests. One time I stained my hanbok and came home she helps me wash my hanbok also making breakfast every morning. And she called me taxi even me without asking. Hope to come back and greet ahjumma again.

Amazing traditional Hanok in the village. Inside was stunning - tastefully decorated, fab spa bath and top class toiletries. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was lovely - we needed a clothes iron or steamer and one was delivered to our door. Highly recommend And Spring!
