It was absolutely amazing. It felt like my room at home not like a hotel. The location is superb. The view from the balcony is soo worth it. They provideded a table and a chair for it. The room is spacious and very very nice with so many details that made the experience even better. The vinyl record player waa a great idea, the stationary, the bed was sooo comfortable, the vintage looking phone, the air purifier, the clothes ironing facility, and the the coffee corner with the lovely tea cups. Also the breakfast basket is something I anticipated the most and was soo happy to enjoy it. The service and the workers there are very nice, helpful, and polite.

Without a doubt our favourite stay in our 2 week Korea trip. If you are staying in Jeju, I fully recommend this place, without a doubt. Very luxury. Full Amenities such as valet parking, excellent buffet breakfast, extremely modern (like brand new) rooms. The best part was the Manager, Jay, who makes you feel very very special. We could tell he appreciates each one of his guests and really cares for them! We would definitely stay here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Grand Josun Jeju, and it was, without a doubt, the best hotel experience I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the proficiency of the staff in English, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The breakfast at Grand Josun Jeju is a real treat - a sumptuous spread with a variety of options to cater to all tastes. Additionally, having a convenience store right inside the hotel was extremely handy, especially for those little things you might need at a moment's notice. One of the most amazing surprises was receiving a complimentary room upgrade. This unexpected gesture added an extra layer of luxury to my already fantastic stay. I wholeheartedly recommend Grand Josun Jeju to anyone looking for top-notch accommodation on the island. Its proximity to the waterfalls is just another reason to choose this hotel. Everything about my stay was perfect, and I can't wait to return!

Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

The view is sooooo good, i really love it. It's easy to see the sunrise, the mountains and even sunset. The room is spacious, clean and cozy. There are a lot of windows and a balcony making the room airy. We have almost everything there hair dryer, bosy wash, body lotion, shampoo and even cotton. We have the floor heater and also the electric blanket so it's too good to keep warm. I didnt use the blanket because it's too hot inside. The breakfast is good and the owner is soo beautiful as well ❣️🥰. Because we rent a car so we feel the location is perfect. We visited Camelia hill, o'sulloc tea museum, and many parks and forests near hear. We did ride a horse, go on the road near Hallasan and we also drive to visit aquarium jeju on the east side of the island. Near the pension are very good restaurant and we can easily have bbq chicken just 5 mins walking there which is my most favorite food hhhhh.

Truly amazing place in an incredible location. Private hot batch, private pool with an outside area. Clean and spacious room. Super great stay! Immediately wanted to spend an extra day. Would recommend to spend at least two maybe even more nights.

    There are many places to see in Seogwipo and lots of places...

    There are many places to see in Seogwipo and lots of places to linger more. We had a great all day tour through Jeju Namyang Travel with Mr. Kang as our guide. He took us all over the area. He was friendly and informative and made sure to take lots of pictures of us. We visited the waterfalls, Seongsan Illchubong, a folk village, forests, etc. We definitely want to come back and spend more time.

    The street market was fantastic offering a broad range of food and clothing. The waterfalls and the nighttime light display were amazing and the golf course at Jungman resort was a golfer's paradise. eMart and the very prevalent GS25 convenience stores provided anything that may be required.

    It is a lively little city within Jeju island. There are many good restaurants and cafes, especially along the coasts. There are many natural sights such as waterfalls, and black rocks, and lots of natural hills and mountains with wild flowers.

    Great central location in Seogwipo.

    Great central location in Seogwipo. Seaside view rooms were perfect for my parents. Parking options are spacious, even with a larger SUV. Short drive/walk to well rated restaurants and convenience stores.

    A great little hotel not to far from Seogwipo providing parking for rental cars, a Cafe for breakfast below and a comfortable room. There are no staff at the hotel but check in and out were a breeze with the automated machines. Perfect for that small trip to Jeju as it has a good number of attractions and places in reasonable driving distance. There is also a convenience store just up the road 3 mins drive away for smaller goods!

    Good position. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is very convinient to move around the area. The buses connect to most of touristic places in Seogwipo. There is two 7-11 stores in front, the food street nearby. 7 minutes walking to Ollel Market. There is a microwave and water supply on 1st floor. Good sound proof on 10th floor.
