Hotel is so very good standard, well decorated, clean and comfortable. But the heart of this place is in service, manager and another employee who works in the reception/customer service in general. They are so lovely. Manager was taking care of us for the whole time, he made and upgrade for us, we got much bigger room. He even put our flag in the reception (as we were first guests from Poland in this hotel) which was very nice. He is always ready to help his guests with everything which is amazing. We felt like at home.

Great reception personnel, very efficient room cleaning personnel (we stayed 5 nights without any negative surprises), great cleanliness, great breakfast (western+local), great location if you rented a car which is highly recommended, lovely pool and the personnel was kind with us (contrary to some other reviews apparently? Just adhere to their rules and it will be fine :) ), buffet and breakfast restaurant personnel were very kind and also attentive to allergies, fancy welcome box upon arriving for check-in with tasty goodies inside, great location for families and kids (to avoid if you don't want kids around). Keep it up!

We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay! It was one of the best hotel experience in a long while. We liked the calm and relaxing vibe of the hotel, the decor, the size of he room ( it was really comfy and spacious), the view, well, everything! Lovely location down south! Close to a lot of activities to do in Seogwipo! Beyond expectations, I booked for me and my 4 other friends, they had no idea what the interior or the hotel looked like, and left it in my capable hands - They too were beyond amazed with the great shower facilities, the view off into the distant coast with Saeyeongyo Bridge! The PILLOWS!!! I remember walking out of toilet and my friend was immediately conked out after laying her head on the pillow (manufacturer: Nubizio), I too was a victim to this pillow, conked out whilst friends were still in the room talking. This cloud pillow really absorbs your tiredness making you feel refreshed upon your slumber! There is a lovely cafe within walking distance of 7 mins from the hotel called Cafe Dam-a (카페담아), you must go, the owner was lovely and maybe she'll give you a treat on the house if you're nice :) Not only is the neighbourhood quiet, but so is the hotel, it felt like we honestly had it to ourselves! In a good way ahah. We drove from the airport to the the hotel, and it has parking for up to 2-4 cars (realistically for up to two cars, although there are four parking spaces, you'd block the cars at the rear from exiting as the parking is shaped in a square format), nevertheless, the neighbourhood seems to be a free parking area where you can park your vehicles without any lawful restrictions, so long as it doesn't interfere with other vehicle mobility. I don't know if it has been mentioned on the bookings website, but there was an EV charger on the premises in the parking spaces toward the rear of the 4 by 4 square car parking, as to what kW charger type, I don't quite recall, most likely a type 2 charger as the assumption is that you charge your car overnight, and it wouldn't make sense to have installed a highspeed charger, but double-check with the premises beforehand!

Clean and spacious hotel, seems like it was rebranded/refurbished from a previous hotel, so most things felt new and clean. Our rooms came with a washer - they sell laundry detergent pods at reception and you can also borrow drying racks to hang your clothes. Toilet has a functioning rain shower and has counter space to put stuff. Convenient location if you drive - it’s in the middle between Seogwipo city and Jungmun, so it helps to break the driving time up. Overall a great place/ great value
