I arrived at 03.00am and the receptionist was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Breakfast was buffet and the choice was excellent. I asked for them to arrange a taxi for the airport and again it was no problem. I would certainly stay there again.

A really quiet environment, no noise at night. After midnight check in is possible. Quite close to city centre, a walking distance. Water cooler available in the corridor of each floor, an electric kettle, tea and instant coffee bags are provided in the room, individual toiletry and hair dryer in bathrooms, bath robes and slippers inside the wardrobe. AC is available (split system). Iron and the board are on reception desk upon request with no additional fees. Luggage storage after checkout is possible. The hotel has facility for breakfasts.

The rooms are big, breakfast is good. Location is within many resto and supermarket. Staff speaks english very welll and kind. This is my second time here and still enjoying it. They have spa center as well.

It was a business trip with travelling outside the city. Location of the hotel was perfect for that to avoid morning and evening traffic. Spacious room. Awesome restaurant.

Despite all the bad reviews seen on the internet, Renion is a great hotel. They offer 24/24 check-in which is very convenient as flights usually arrive quite late in this part of the world. The lobby makes you feel welcome, staff are welcoming and rooms very comfortable to be honest with great bathroom. Breakfast was quite a surprise, filled with lots of choices and good products. Very recommendable!

extremely friendly and helpful staff. excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. perfect match for the price. for all those posting negative reviews: please remember that this is a £25 a night hotel, which is probably the lowest in terms of price that one can find in almaty. you cannot expect sound proof rooms, stately king size beds, room service and concierge at this price. one has to be realistic. for all those complaining about the staff not being proficient in english: has it occurred to them to use an online translator?!
