One of the most important things about hotels is the reception, and this hotel is distinguished by its helpful and friendly staff, especially Ms. Ayana, who is excellent at her work and quick, so a special thanks to her. The rooms were clean and comfy for 1 person. I returned almaty and rebooked ar same place. For the price, this stay was an absolute steal. It was in a quiet neighborhood and i love the calm. Oh and the solid wifi is a definute plus point. Did i mention there's free sauna pool here?

A really quiet environment, no noise at night. After midnight check in is possible. Quite close to city centre, a walking distance. extremely friendly and helpful staff. excellent location in terms of proximity to the airport. clean room, clean bathroom and comfortable bed. perfect match for the price. for all those posting negative reviews: please remember that this is a £25 a night hotel, which is probably the lowest in terms of price that one can find in almaty. you cannot expect sound proof rooms, stately king size beds, room service and concierge at this price. one has to be realistic. for all those complaining about the staff not being proficient in english: has it occurred to them to use an online translator?!
