The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service.... Out of his good will he always asked the uber driver if he understood where we want to go or if he had any questions for us to break the communication barrier. I recently stayed at Tilia ApartHotel, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, the staff's friendliness and attention to detail stood out. It was a hot day, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the AC had already been turned on in my room, anticipating my arrival. The airport transfer I booked for my spouse went off without a hitch, adding to the overall smoothness of our stay. One of the highlights was the rooftop view—truly spectacular! Waking up each day to watch the sunrise over the mountains and Mediterranean was a breathtaking experience. The view offered everything from majestic mountains to the bustling cityscape of Beirut. The hotel’s facilities are perfect for families. My nephews had ample space to play and run around, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s cleanliness was impeccable; I noticed that even when a customer accidentally spilled water in the elevator, it was cleaned up in minutes. Tilia ApartHotel will definitely be my first choice for my next visit. The combination of outstanding service, amazing views, and family-friendly amenities made it an unforgettable stay!
