This is my seventh visit to Kempinski Beirut, by far the best hotel in Lebanon, going back again this month. everything is great but what made my experience standout comparing to previous trips is the check in process, we usually arrive at 1 PM and the receptionist asked us politely to wait until 3 for check in, but this time the front end manager Walid speed up the process , not only that he upgraded our room that's why I am visiting again in couple of weeks.

The staff were very friendly and attentive to my requests. The suite was clean and spacious. Everything was new and modern and there were no issues in the suite. The AC units are incredible as it was very hot when I was there, but the ACs kep the suite cool. Also loved the complimentary fruit plate.

The staff is friendly ,serve you with a smile and efficient . The hotel is very clean . Its a good location so its easy to move around. One of the gentleman from the hotel gave excellent service....
