Lovely, understated and artistic aesthetic. Extremely helpful staff. Handy location a quick walk to the beach and busy main strip. Peaceful and serene setting. Able to provide a rental scooter and airport taxi. Host recommended an excellent cooking class.

The best hotel we’ve stayed at in Sri Lanka (out of 5 hotels on our trip). Everything was outstanding. The staff and service were fantastic and friendly. Great location - the beach in front of the hotel is wide and sandy with hardly any people. Our room, the Presidential Suite was absolutely amazing. A huge beautiful space with great sea views. The breakfast space is lovely by the pool with cooling sea breeze. The staff are lovely - the transfers arranged by hotel with their driver were the best ones we had during our trip to Sri Lanka.

The Stay was absolutely lovely, best stay of our trip. The hosts really made it great as they told us a lot about the area and different restaurants and places to visit, as well as information regarding the area. Beautiful hotel and Peters breakfasts were amazing, different every day and super tasty.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a welcome juice and unlike other places could take card or cash. The jungle setting and location was quiet a d tranquil and I loved the surroundings. Birds, palm squirrels and the accommodation's dog added to the experience. The room was big and spacious with a back patio area to have drinks and look at the jungle. Tea and coffee and toiletries came with the room, toilet roll. Some places haven't so just thought it was worth mentioning. I loved the outdoor pool and the general outdoor area. I chilled with a book outside.

It's a cosy Dutch bungalow very tastefully done up with all rooms facing the sea and direct access to the beach. 1st floor rooms were large and with stunning sea view. It's far away from any public beach so not much crowd. Srilanka breakfast was outstanding
