Villa Kaya is amazing!!!!! So calm and nice accommodation. Staff is really polite and kind. Breakfast is really good. Rooms are clean and comfortable - nice pool and monkeys ... they were amazing. It has a super nice vibe and I am out of words really!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a welcome juice and unlike other places could take card or cash. The jungle setting and location was quiet a d tranquil and I loved the surroundings. Birds, palm squirrels and the accommodation's dog added to the experience. The room was big and spacious with a back patio area to have drinks and look at the jungle. Tea and coffee and toiletries came with the room, toilet roll. Some places haven't so just thought it was worth mentioning. I loved the outdoor pool and the general outdoor area. I chilled with a book outside.

I stayed at Palazzo Beach Hotel for my last days in Sri Lanka and really enjoyed the experience. Although the hotel is not directly on the beach (you need to cross the road, and swimming is possible a few minutes’ walk on either side), the location is peaceful and away from the busy tourist areas. My favorite part was the rooftop restaurant, especially at sunset – such a calm and beautiful atmosphere to end the day. The staff were welcoming, and overall it was a very comfortable stay. * Special Note: If you are a surfer, please note that there are no waves directly in front of the hotel. For surfing spots, you’ll need to go about 4–5 km away. I had a great time here and will definitely visit again!

Everything is 100% perfect. Perfect large rooms, cleaning every day. Chef who will cook especially for you. Very tasty food. There is a free transfer to Hikkaduwa and back. Very polite and friendly staff. They work harmoniously, like a family. Gorgeous pool, towels. The beach is right across the road, one minute walk. There is no one there except locals, there are special sun loungers and you can go snorkeling. I would like to separately note the delicious food and large portions. Thank you very much! Our holiday was unforgettable, we would like to come back to you!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Ocean Front Villa in the Suite Room was nothing short of amazing! The location is unbeatable, right opposite the ocean, offering breathtaking views throughout the day. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and featured a luxurious bathtub that added to the comfort. What truly made our stay exceptional was the incredible caretaker, Rose. He is one of the kindest and most reliable hosts we’ve ever encountered. Rose was always available, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, from arranging services to offering local tips. His warm and friendly personality made us feel at home, and his dedication to making our stay perfect was truly remarkable. The in-house cook deserves a special mention as well—the food and coffee were absolutely delicious, some of the best we’ve had. Every meal was fresh and flavorful, adding to the overall experience. This property perfectly balances affordability with a semi-luxurious vibe, making it a fantastic choice for travelers. If you’re looking for a serene and comfortable beachfront retreat with outstanding hospitality, I can’t recommend this villa enough. We can’t wait to return and relive this amazing experience!

The Staff at Vidisa Villas is just lovely. They are always friendly and keep the place in great shape. The breakfast is exceptional and includes some part continental and also some local dishes. We spend 4 nights here and we received a different local speciality each morning. The main beach in Hikkaduwa can be reached on foot easily. Thank you for hosting us, we will definetly return if we ever manage to come back to Sri Lanka!
