First and foremost was the view, especially from the swimming pool. You can see three mountain ranges. One cannot believe that one is only one hour away from Kandy. Then the staff, was extremely helpful, especially the restaurant staff. I will specially like to pick out Namal. He really went out of his way to make sure everything was cooked properly as my wife had a bad stomach.

All food is locally and organically sourced, adding to the authenticity of the experience. We also had the opportunity to meet the owner, who shared his vision with great passion and pride, making us appreciate the concept even more. The retreat is located in the breathtaking Knuckles Mountain Range, near Kandy. The untouched nature makes it a perfect destination for stunning hikes, which are thoughtfully organized by the team. Along the trails, you can discover hidden waterfalls and encounter unique endemic wildlife. Lastly, we must highlight the outstanding service and incredible food. The staff goes the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable. The meals are amazing because of the freshness of the ingredients and the dedication put into every dish. Make sure to try the icecream :-)! For anyone who loves nature, tranquility, and warm, personal hospitality, we can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Getting there by private car was a challenge, google maps is simply not accurate. Best way is to contact resort before. The team is outstanding, booked only a day before and they managed to make us feel at home. Will come back for sure

Very nice spacious house, and our family had a great time. The place was clean and had everything we needed including plenty of comfortable beds The house is quite big and good enough to stay around 10 people. Each room has its own bathroom and amenities are enough to stay comfortably. The caretaker helps very well. Value for money and highly recommended. Will definitely stay there if we visit Kandy again

First of all, the way to get there already starts the feeling of adventure. A 4×4 vehicle picks you up for an off-road experience. When you arrive an intimate and dedicated staff greets you, the hotel manager welcomes you and explains everything that awaits you while the rest make sure your luggage reaches your tent. The tent has a private toilet and shower with hot water all the time. And their hiking trails are just crazy! The guide who joins you is dedicated and full of knowledge and will take you to magical and stunning places!
