What a nice property with amazing host. It was always a true pleasure to discuss with them. They upgraded us free of charge as we were staying for a long time and they had availabilities. The pool is great with a stunning view and the good was excellent (take the chocolate brownie for a perfect end). Breakfast was also delicious !! It’s the perfect spot to take a good breath away from the busy town, ideal for a break. If you need to go in town ask them to arrange the tuktuk drive, it will be cheaper and with a really nice driver

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a kindness and attention to detail that is rare to find when traveling. This is not just a place to stay — it’s a genuine experience, deeply connected to nature and to the heartfelt hospitality of Sri Lanka. The location is simply enchanting: a peaceful haven surrounded by lush greenery, breathtaking views, and a profound sense of serenity. Every detail, from the common areas to the rooms, is designed with care and respect for the environment, creating perfect harmony with the surrounding landscape. A special thank you goes to the wonderful people who made our stay so memorable: • Dilshad Farook, the naturalist, who passionately guided us through the area’s rich biodiversity, turning every walk into a small adventure. • Malindu, the manager, always present, professional, and attentive to every need. • Dharma Sri, Sandeepa, Asanga, Marlon, always present, attentive, ready to assist us with warmth and discretion. • Ravindra, the chef, who delighted us daily with delicious, authentic dishes prepared with great skill. • Mahanama, our driver, kind, reliable, and always with a smile, making every journey safe and pleasant. Amazing place, luxury hotel in the hills above Kandy with their own tea plantation. If you are looking for tranquility and hospitality, to get away in nature with luxury, this is perfect place.It is bit out of the way, Uber works but not fully, so organise your transport in advance. Breakfast is rich, roof top pool is amazing, nice spa.

We had an unforgettable experience at Blue Waters Edge Kandy. The view of the river was absolutely breathtaking, and the whole place felt peaceful and relaxing. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with luxury touches—plus the AC worked perfectly, which was a big plus. The food was so delicious, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended

Excellent location Need road leading to the htl be renovated. Breakfast can be improved including table arrangements and background soft music to add serene values. Food was so good and tasty Staff were superb and much caring and friendly with professional approach. Nice and wonderful place to be.

The property is right out of a movie! It sits on the top of a hill, It’s clean, has a double height common area, with a small bridge for one of the rooms. There are multiple antiques and items that make the place aesthetically pleasing. The views from our rooms were just mesmerising. Everything is clean and top notch. The breakfast is amazing - a good number of choices and amazing taste. We had our dinner here itself since it was really good. We rented their scooty and it’s in a very good condition. Overall, we are really happy they opened their house to us.

Fantastic new hotel, very unique interior design, stunning views from the terrace. We were super happy with everything and it was our favorite hotel during our entire trip to Sri Lanka. Jamaka was an amazing host and he really took good care of us. Food was amazing too.
