The house owner Mr Biren Mahendran is very cooperative when booking the house. And the location is very peaceful, beautiful and secure. Well sufficient for a family or a group. Rooms are well cleaned and furniture are modern. Having a modern kitchen with all the necessary equipment. Really enjoyed the stay. The caretaker Mr Kerthi was very much helpful and he's fluent in Sinhala and English. Worth the money. Located in 550m away from Jaffna-KKS road and 9.5 Km away from Jaffna.

The villa offers a personal butler and a personal chef for your stay. You can wish for any food you like and they will make everything from scratch for you. There is also a private swimming pool and backyard. The whole accommodation is five star european standard clean! Janakan, Mehkala and Ramesh took great care of us, we felt better than at home. Our room was fantastic. We had a living room area with a big TV and good English channels. There is a large fridge to keep your drinks and snacks cold. A table with 2 chairs for sitting at if working or to use for making coffee or tea with the kettle and mugs provided. A separate bedroom with a large king bed was super comfortable. The mattress was not too hard and the linen was pure cotton. A light duvet is perfect for the temperature. The pillows were 2 per person, 1 king and 1 normal and also so comfortable. We had a good-sized cupboard to hang our clothes, a safe, and an ironing board. The bathroom was en-suite with a good, hot shower, toilet, and basin. The bedroom opened up onto a backyard patio with comfortable benches to sit on if you wanted to be outside but still at your room. The aircon in both the living room and bedroom worked perfectly. They also provide a large umbrella for your use. The swimming pool is lovely, with deck chairs, soft cushions, and shade provided. They also give you swimming pool towels. There is a good-sized gym which we did not use but it looked fully stocked with all the necessary equipment. We ordered room service a few times and the service and food were very good. The actual dining room is fantastic and we enjoyed an evening feasting on a Sri Lankan buffet with loads of different dishes. The staff were all amazing and so helpful. We were able to park our car on the premises where a full-time guard is stationed. They even washed the car for us. It was sad to say goodbye but we loved our stay here in Jaffna.

We were on a cycling trip around the country and our priorities / expectations were met by the hotel. 1. Easy access to the hotel from the road 2. Simple and comfortable accommodation 3. Humble and supportive staff 4. Safe and secure parking for our cycles (The hotel was kind to provide us with some water to wash our cycles) 5. Easy check-in & check-out 6. Good food! :-)

We stayed is a large, cool and beautifully clean room. Bed comfortable and sheets soft. Great to come back to a big cool shower after the hot walks aground Jaffna. Easy to find and well located. Neighbour has a Tuk Tuk so lifts can be arranged or PickMe works well.
