Awesome apartments, very clean and tidy and they have great amenities. Everything I needed! great location and the staff were very accomodate supportive throughout my stay. I would highly recommend for anybody visiting and will definitely be back.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Nest Kandana, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! The room was incredibly spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed, making it feel like a home away from home. The bathroom was spotless and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable and refreshing experience. Its location is perfect – easy access to town and everything you need within reach. The attention to detail and hospitality truly made my stay special. I'm honored to be the very first customer in this amazing room. We highly recommend The Beach Boutique. We had 4 days to land and relax. We experienced a very high level of service, good rooms, and great food. The owner drove us to the nearest tuk tuk when we couldn't find one, he even lent us money so we could exchange it in town. Everyone was so sweet, helpful, smiling, and friendly. All the staff were very friendly, including the restaurant staff, led by the restaurant's night manager, Bernard, who was very friendly and helpful. Thank you to the employee and morning manager at the restaurant, Suranga, who was very respectful, helpful and loved us. The polite and wonderful employee, Shashini, loved us when we arrived at the restaurant and fulfilled our requests without getting bored. I ask the hotel management, if our opinion matters to them, to give them a financial or monetary reward because they work for the hotel and not for themselves.

Room and Bathroom was clean and spacious , 10 mins by car from Colombo Fort railway station with Tuk Tuk charging 300-500 LKR or can go by Metered Tuk Tuk, Aravind and other Staff was very cooperative and allowed us to keep our luggage in lobby till evening even after the checkout.Hotel gives early/late Checkin so that's an advantage, It's on the market so lots of restaurants arround, nice veg restaurant just next to the hotel.

We arrived in Sri Lanka very early in the morning (around 2 am), and although there was some confusion with our booking—likely due to booking.com not notifying the hotel about our late-night arrival—the staff handled the situation with exceptional kindness. The team who received us were incredibly understanding and made us feel safe and welcome despite the hour. They quickly arranged a room for us and ensured we were comfortable. Their hospitality really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to navigate. We truly appreciated their accommodating and friendly approach.

    Convenience related to the distance to main road and access to other amenities nearby. Although close to the road the noise was never a problem. Calm and cozy place and you may never wanna leave. This location and resort is worth every penny.
